Our AMFE-USA branch proudly hosted an inspiring and informative Breast Cancer Awareness Webinar.
Together, we explored crucial topics — including risk factors, screening tests, hormonal therapy, genetic testing, and the often-overlooked psychological and emotional barriers to getting screened.
A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Evia Nano and Renina Varfaj for their comprehensive presentations and their visionary ideas on how to raise awareness and bring real, community-based programs to the Albanian population in Kosovo and Albania.
We also extend our special thanks to Dr. Aurora Dollenberg, President of AMFE, and to the AMFE-USA Board — Dr. Zana Nikolla, chair and moderator of the event, vice chairs- Dr. Shpresa Xhakli, and Dr. Ermal Zatriqi — for their leadership and dedication in advancing health education and awareness within our community.
