For the recent Apostolic Journey of Pope Francis to Albania, Father Gjergj Meta served as Media Relations Director. His talk will provide insight into the Pope’s historic Journey to Albania, as well as into persecution under Communism, religious dialogue, and the future of Albania.
Father Meta, born in Durrës, studied Canon law at the Gregorian University in Rome, and serves as a Catholic priest in the Archdiocese of Tirana-Durrës.
