I received the very sad news that your father, Ambassador Wisner, passed away this morning. Please accept my sincerest condolences.
You lost a father, and the Albanian people lost an extremely great friend and leader for our cause. Ambassador Wisner was one of the key pillars who worked very hard and provided essential help for the Albanian people; in particular, for the liberation and formation of the new country, Kosova; and I know this first-hand. Without him, it would be close to impossible for this to happen and we remain eternally grateful.
Every Albanian around the entire world should be very, very sad today and pray for his soul. May he rest in peace.
