On the occasion of the 25th Anniversary of Liberation War of Kosovo against the Serbian occupation, 15th anniversary of Independence of Kosova, and in the context of the actual Liberation War of Ukraine against Russian aggression, The aim of this round table is to discuss historic and actual hegemonic expansion of Russia and Serbia against their neighbors through occupation wars.In particular, how the liberation war in Kosova as a just war, prevented those expansionist’s aim of Serbia, in the 90ties of the last centuries.A quarter of a century after this liberation war against Serbia, the region is stable and secure. The Republic of Kosova is the newest European democratic and functional state, recognized by more than half of UN member states, based on the Opinion of ICJ of 2010 which stated that declaration of Kosova independence, did not violate the international law.Foreign aggressions and occupation wars never won neither in Kosova, nor in Ukraine.
