Today is a painful day for Albanians everywhere. Following the judgment in The Hague against Hashim Thaçi, Kadri Veseli, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi, our planned gathering in Times Square will now be a peaceful protest.
For those of us who believe this judgment represents a profound injustice, silence is not an option. We will gather peacefully, visibly and united to make our voices heard.
