In conjunction with the Women’s Guild of St. Mary’s Albanian Orthodox Church, for the first time in USA the National puppet theatre of Albania in collaboration with the Theatre of Diaspora brings the magic of the stage in the Albanian language. Two special performances – The Dog who Couldn’t bark” and “The Daughter of the Moon and the Sun” will offer diaspora children ages 2-14 a unique experience filled with colors, laughter and emotions.
A meaningful step in preserving the Albanian language and culture through the art of puppetry, bringing our tradition closer to the younger generations.
Tickets are $10 per person. Half of the proceeds will be donated to the church. All children MUST be accompanied by an adult.
