[07] Tensions in Mitrovica go on
Mitrovice, August 8 (ATA)- ATA correspondent Behlul Jashari reports that thousand Kosova Albanians marched even today toward the northern part of the town, from where Serbs have forcefully displaced them since five months and now they are creating various obstacles to hinder Kosovars return home.
The Kosova Albanian marsh is stopped again by French forces, part of KFOR. There were again clashes between Kosova Albanians and Serbs, and even between French forces and Kosova Albanians, as well. No casualties are reported today.
Kosova Albanians are protesting against the prohibition to return home and against Mitrovica division, by accusing even French forces for this purpose. One of Kosovars’ requests is the dislocation of American troops in Mitrovica, as well. /Sh.Dha/linda/
