WHY SERBIAN SECRET SERVICES ARE INVOLVED IN THE ALBANIAN-JIHADIST PROPAGANDA?

September 30, 2019 by dgreca

By Dritan Demiraj, Ph.D./

Islamist operatives have understood that pro-western and especially the pro-Americanism will be a tough stand for them considering that these values are and will always be associated with the very existence of their countries against their neighbor’s chauvinism agenda. It has been reported that because of these centuries’ old ethnic conflicts even the Intelligence Services of Serbia and Russia, have been in some way fueled the idea of Islamic radicalization of Albanians for their national interest and influence .
It has been known as a fact that the Pan-Slavism, led by Russia and strongly supported by Serbs and Slavo-Macedonians who in the first quarter of the 19th century, had instrumentalized clerics of the Islamic religion also known in our lands as “Russian Preachers”! Serbia has applied the same practice through its associates, so let’s remember Nacertanian! Although many farsighted Albanians had voiced as a fact that in our liberation wars Serbia had infiltrated its agents, to characterize and “paint” our Liberation War as an Islamic jihadist-terrorist war, and then through Islamic political points of view represented by Salafist/Wahhabis clerics, the responsible institutions, deliberately and orderly of some political factions of UNMIK and EULEX, were silenced by allowing and “protecting” them!
As a consequence and “merit” of these Imams of Political Islam, several hundred young people (256 foreign fighters) were sent to Syria and Iraq, of whom 91 were killed, several dozen families along with women and children continue to remain in Syria, many others have been arrested, tried, convicted, and some have been “amnestied” in the Republic of Kosovo! According to statistics and investigations, it has been proven that 81 percent of ISIS terrorists have been indoctrinated, financed, and sent to conflict zones by Salafist clerics!
The repatriation of “Islamic terrorist families”, even worse of some “sexual jihad” children whose parents are not Albanian, but are children of Arab terrorists or other nationals (in violation of family law, because they were taken without the approval of their fathers/their families) involved in international jihad, is an alarm bell! The aggravation of the situation with the “women of ISIS” but even worse with the children of Islamic terrorist Arabs, the “children of ISIS” adopting, accommodating and raising them with “ideals”, “ideologies”, “glory days” and brave “jihadist”, I think there is a real possibility to recreate in the future the “ISIS family” and seriously endanger the future, security and peace in the Republic of Kosovo and in the Western Balkan countries.
Kosovo, Albania and North Macedonian institutions have responsibility to treated Islamic terrorism at the state level more seriously with the main goal of:
• Prevent the propaganda that could radicalize the citizens of Kosovo, North Macedonia by the Wahabis Preachers.
• To conduct surveillance and prevention of extremist activity by allegedly “Islamic Humanitarian Organizations”, while 21 have been banned after identifying their radical activity.
• Prevention, surveillance and detention of suspicious individuals, suspects operating under the support and direction of Serbia’s intelligence services.
• Supervision and prohibition of the activity of illegal mosques.
• Identification of individuals with radical, extremist, criminal tendencies. Kosovo secret services and police must organize better surveillance, actions, plans in order to arrest them.
• Intensify the activity against the Islamic agents of Serbia.
• The intensification of the fight for the prevention and fight against organized crime, arms smuggling, drug trafficking, etc. Most of which is carried out between the cooperation of criminal and transnational groups of Serbia, Islamic terrorists in the Balkans and Europe.
In this regard according to the Mayor of Debar in North Macedonia Mr. Ruzhdi Lata, has declares that the secret services from the Balkans, were encouraging Albanian volunteers to go to war in Syria. Mr. Ruzhdi Lata has openly shown the dilemma that:
“The main motive for going to Syria is not the fight for Islamic religion, but the creation of disunity and denigration of Albanian citizens. He says that this job deals with all the services in the region, but mostly the Serbian secret service . Most of this work is handled by the Serbian secret service, but also by other secret services. The goal is to spread disunity among Muslims and to clash with one another. Young Albanians accept this kind of indoctrination because they want to feel important and a factor in the region. There is no radical Islamic preaching after this, since there are no radical Islamists in North Macedonia. Albanians in North Macedonia have neither the ideology nor the material opportunity to pursue such Islam ”.
That’s why I think that this is the moment for all intelligence agencies in Albania and Kosovo to co-operate closely together (as they have done so far), so that Kosovo does not become a prey to “Islamic terrorism or white Islamic terrorism” as it has been defined by Serbs, Albanian foreign fighters who have joined extremist groups, which for decades have been heavily financed by them (Serbian secret services) and are trying to portray us as an extremist/Islamist nation and identify us with the jihad. PS: (Serbian propaganda during 1998-1999 should not be forgotten. Serbs in order to cover up and justify their war crimes and genocide against the Albanian/Kosovo civilian population, have declared before the whole world that they were fighting Albanian Islamic jihadists ).
Also, the Serbian long-term plans for Kosovo is well known. In a top-secret Serbian document, provided by a former senior Kosovo official, the scenario is explained, as how Serbia intends to bring Kosovo back to a place comparable and identifying with republics, cities with Islamic extremism and radicalism such as Kandahar in Afghanistan.
The document reveals that by supporting and building mosques and madrasas from Muslim State embassies accredited in Kosovo, to create an atmosphere in which people will feel as if they are living in a foreign country, where after 20 years from now a huge part of Kosovo will look like the poor city of Kandahar in Afghanistan.
“In Kosovo, there must become an atmosphere for its people to feel that they are living in a foreign country, so that part of the youth will flee to the west and some will be oriented to Islam. For 20 years a part of Kosovo will look like Kandahar. The great powers will gradually change their minds about the Albanians and thus orient themselves towards the return of Kosovo under the supervision of Serbia ”.
When all these ill-fated ideas are achieved, Serbia will have the free hands to repeat the action of Albanians been deported into Turkey, this time not by force, but under the guidance of religious leaders, promising good conditions of employment and emigration to Turkey. In order to accomplish this “mission” Serbia has also received the green light from the Turkish state. When we reach an agreement with our operatives (members of Serbian secret services operating in Kosovo), the funds raised by Islamic State embassies will be able to invest most of them in building mosques. Mosques should be constructed in prominent places near highways, schools, city centers, etc.
In addition to our co-operatives (Albanian traitors and spies), Albanians will greatly assist our people from North Macedonia, Bosnia and Sandzak, considering the Egyptians, Gypsies, Gorans, and Trebeshes who are willing to cooperate with us. The leaders of the Islamic Community in Serbia, North Macedonia, Kosovo and Bosnia are under our control and work together with us to involve in this goal more people who are authoritarian and influential in Albanian population, including in the fields of sports, music, media and politics. In some important Albanian parties, we have infiltrated people who are working hard for us and support the Islamic religion, working with local leaders who are spreading Islam to places where there has never been a mosque and a sense of Islam.
In the western countries, our people have been delegated by the Islamic Community of Kosovo and Sandzak, who operate under the supervision of our embassies in Switzerland, Germany and Belgium. In Kosovo, must be created an atmosphere for people to feel that they are living in a foreign country, and that is why part of the youth will seek to move west, while a large part will be oriented towards Islam. In 20 years, a big part of Kosovo will look like Kandahar. The great powers will gradually change the mindset of the Albanians and thereby orient themselves in the return of Kosovo back to Serbian supervision .
