-President Jahjaga’s felicitations on the occasion of Orthodox Christmas/
PRISHTINË, 6 Janar 2016/ Presidentja Republikës së Kosovës, Atifete Jahjaga ia uroi Krishtlindjet Ortodokse Peshkopit të Rashkës dhe Prizrenit, Teodosije si dhe të gjithë besimtarëve ortodoksë, të cilët sot e festojnë festën e Krishtlindjeve sipas kalendarit julian.
“I nderuar Peshkop Teodosije,
Me rastin e Krishtlindjeve, festës më solemne të krishterimit, Juve dhe të gjithë besimtarëve të fesë ortodokse në Kosovë ju përcjell urimet më të përzemërta.
Uroj që këtë festë më të gëzuar kristiane, ta festojmë në paqe, shëndet, lumturi dhe respekt të ndërsjellë. Që familjet tona të jenë të bekuara me fëmijë dhe që me shumë dashuri e harmoni ta ndërtojmë Kosovën tonë të përbashkët.
Nata e krishtlindjeve dhe Krishtlindja le të na sjellë ngrohtësinë dhe lumturinë në çdo shtëpi dhe le të na kujtojë lindjen e Jezu Krishtit. Festat e krishtlindjeve e kthejnë ndjenjën e bashkimit dhe faljes dhe na kujtojnë të gjithëve që në vete mbajmë dashuri, lumturi, mirëkuptim dhe tolerancë.
Krishtlindjet si dhe viti i cili është para nesh, le të na sjellin forcë, këmbëngulje dhe vendosmëri deri te përmbushja me sukses e qëllimeve tona të përcaktuara. Që në frymën e respektit dhe të tolerancës së ndërsjellë t’iu ndihmojmë të gjithë atyre të cilëve u nevojitet ndihma. Që së bashku të punojmë për mirëqenien e të gjithë qytetarëve, duke ecur përpara me hapa të përbashkët drejt një Kosove më të mirë dhe proevropiane.
I nderuari Peshkopi Teodosije, Juve dhe të gjithë besimtarëve ortodoksë ju uroj edhe një herë, që këto ditë feste t’i kaloni në paqe, gëzim, mirëqenie shpirtërore dhe lumturi familjare”, shprehet në urim Atifete Jahjaga,

President Jahjaga’s felicitations on the occasion of Orthodox Christmas/

President of the Republic of Kosovo, conveyed her felicitations to His Grace, the Bishop of Rashka and Prizren, Teodosije, as well as to all the orthodox believers for the Orthodox Christmas, celebrated today in accordance with the Julian calendar.
The felicitatory note states:
Honourable Bishop Teodosije,
On the occasion of Christmas, the most solemn feast of Christendom, to You and all believers of the Orthodox faith, I would like to convey my most cordial felicitations.
I wish that this most cheerful Christian holiday, you celebrate in peace, in good health, in happiness and mutual respect. That our families are blessed with children and that we build our common Kosovo with love and harmony.
Let Christmas Eve and Christmas bring warmth and happiness in every home and let us remind ourselves of the birth of Jesus Christ. Christmas holidays bring back the feeling of togetherness and forgiveness and remind us that within ourselves we carry love, happiness, understanding and tolerance.
Let Christmas, and the year ahead bring us strength, persistence and determination to achieve our predetermined ambitions. Let us in the spirit of respect and mutual tolerance help all those who are in need of help. Let us work together for the wellbeing of all citizens, and let us walk ahead in synchronised steps towards a better and a more pro European Kosovo.
