Arianna is a talented and driven young woman who was born and raised in Westchester, NY, surrounded by family and Albanian culture. From an early age, Arianna had a love for learning and an insatiable curiosity about the world around her.
Arianna is a senior at the Dominican Academy High School in Manhattan, NY, where she excels in her studies and extracurricular activities. As a member of the National Honor Society and President of her high school’s Pre-Medical Society, Arianna has demonstrated a strong commitment to academic excellence and a passion for science and medicine.
In addition to her academic pursuits, Arianna is also an accomplished athlete and artist. As the Editor in Chief if her high school’s yearbook, a member of the Cross County team, and a dancer for over a decade, Arianna has developed a well rounded set of skills and interests. She is especially passionate about traditional and modern Albanian dance.
Arianna’s passion for dance is deeply rooted in her Albanian heritage. She has been exploring traditional Albanian dance since she was a child and has developed a deep appreciation for the rich cultural heritage of her ancestors. As a member of Rozafati, under the guidance of Angjelina Nika, Arianna takes great pride in representing her heritage through her performances.
Arianna’s dedication to her community is evident in her volunteer work at Our Lady of Shkodra Church, where she helps with the Catechist program for elementary-grade-students. Her work experience includes serving as an Office Assistant to a Speech and Language Pathologist for several years, as well as assisting with her family’s HVAC business during the summer months.
Looking to the future, Arianna plans to pursue a Bachelor of Science with a major in Biology and a minor in Business Management. With her diverse set of skills and experiences, Arianna is sure to make a positive impact in her community and the world around her.
