PRISHTINË, 24 Korrik 2016-Gazeta DIELLI-Behlul JASHARI/ Presidenti historik Dr. Ibrahim Rugova, para 18 viteve, në 24 korrik 1998, kërkonte mbrojtje ndërkombetare për Kosovën dhe popullin e saj dhe të ndalohet përhapja e konfliktit në rajon. “Bashkësia ndërkombëtare, SHBA dhe Bashkimi Evropian, po ndërmarrin të gjitha hapat diplomatikë, por edhe ata ushtarakë, që të mos ndodhë Bosnja në Kosovë”, u shpreh Rugova, në pergjigje në konferncën për shtyp në kohë lufte, ku ishte edhe korrespondenti tash i Gazetës DIELLI, i cili një ditë më parë kishte raportuar se shqiptarët e vrarë në Rahovec janë varrosur në dy varreza masive dhe se terrori i forcave serbe vazhdonte. Kisha raportuar edhe se, “shtypi i Kosoves dhe burime të tjera masakren e kryer nga

forcat serbe në Rahovec e krahasojnë me Srebrenicën” – masakrën në Srebrenicë – Bosnjë e Hërcegovinë…

[08] Rugova demands international protection for Kosova

PRISHTINE, July 24 /ATA correspondent Behlul Jashari reports:

“The situation in Kosova continues to be dangerous; Serbian police and army attacks are daily. A severe ethnic cleansing has started in Kosova, ” Kosova President Ibrahim Rugova told reporters on Friday.

We want “international protection for Kosova and its people and an end to be put to the conflict’s spread in the region,” said Rugova.

The Serb police are allowing neither the burial of the killed after the massacres in Rahovec nor the arrival of international and national organisation in Kosova.

Thousands of Albanians have left the Rahovec town and its suburbs, said Rugova adding that attacks have been carried out and people killed also in other regions of Kosova, while the Serb police repression continues.

The International community, the U.S. and the European Union are undertaking all diplomatic as well as military steps not to repeat Bosnia in Kosova, said Rugova, responding to a reporter’s question.

Rugova renewed the stand that “the best solution for Kosova is independent Kosova with all guarantees for the local Serbs and an international protectorate as a transitional phase.” /p.ta/eva/lm/

[04] Killed Albanians buried in two mass graves

PRISHTINE, July 23/ATA correspondent Behlul Jashari reports:

Five Albanians’ names (Bekim Bugari, Sadik Shala, Destan Sharki, Muharrem Kadri, Mehmet Kadri dhe Halit Hoxha) as well as numbers 1, 4 , 8 and 10, figures of unidentified Albanians, while the number of the buried Albanians is thought to be much larger, are written on the mass graves dug by the Serbian forces on Wednesday, according to sources from the Council for the Defence of Human Rights and Freedoms in Kosova (KMLDNJ).

According to the same sources the Serbian forces on Wednesday dug by excavators two mass graves and buried the corpses gathered along the Rahovec town roads, about one hour before the arrival in the town of foreign reporters and diplomats.

According to the KMLDNJ the Serb forces have killed over 50 Albanians while many killed and massacred, who have remained in streets, houses, basements and fields have not yet been identified.

LDK sources in Rahovec believe there are hundreds of killed, massacred, burnt and injured.

The Kosova press and other sources compare the massacre committed by the Serbian forces in Rahovec with Srebrenice. /p.ta/mima/lm/

PRISHTINE, 24 korrik – Korresp. i ATSH-se, Behlul Jashari,
njofton: “Ne Kosove gjendja vazhdon te jete e rrezikshme; zdo
dite ka sulme te policise dhe ushtrise serbe. Ky eshte nje
spastrim i eger etnik, qe ka filluar ne Kosove”, tha te premten
para gazetareve ne Prishtine Presidenti i Kosoves Ibrahim Rugova.
Kerkojme “mbrojtje nderkombetare per Kosoven dhe popullin e
saj dhe te ndalohet perhapja e konfliktit ne rajon “, theksoi
Rugova.
Policia serbe nuk po lejon varrosjen e te vrareve pas
masakrave ne Rahovec dhe as ardhjen e organizatave nderkombetare
dhe kombetare ne Kosoves. Me mijra shqiptare jane larguar nga
qyteti i Rahovecit dhe rrethinat e tij, tha Rugova, duke shtuar
se edhe ne rajone te tjera te Kosoves ka patur bombardime dhe te
vrare, nderkohe qe vazhdon represioni i policise serbe.
Bashkesia nderkombetare, SHBA dhe Bashkimi Evropian, po
ndermarrin te gjitha hapat diplomatike, por edhe ato ushtarake,
qe te mos ndodhe Bosnja ne Kosove, u shpreh Rugova, ne pergjigje
te pyetjes se gazetareve.
Rugova perseriti qendrimin se “zgjidhja me e mire per
Kosoven eshte Kosova e pavarur me te gjitha garancite per serbet
lokale dhe nje protektorat nderkombetar si faze kalimatare”.

Shqiptaret e vrare jane varrosur ne dy varreza masive

PRISHTINE, 23 korrik/-Korrespondenti i ATSH-se, Behlul
Jashari njofton: Mbi varrezat e perbashketa qe forcat serbe i
hapen te merkuren jane shkruar pese emra shqiptaresh (Bekim
Bugari, Sadik Shala, Destan Sharki, Muharrem Kadri, Mehmet Kadri
dhe Halit Hoxha) si dhe numrat 1, 4 , 8 e 10 qe jane shifra per
shqiptaret e paidentifikuar, nderkohe qe numri i shqiptareve te
varrosur mendohet te jete shume me i madh, bejne te ditur burime
te Keshillit per Mbrotjen e Lirive dhe te Drejtave te Njeriut ne
Kosove (KMLDNJ).
Sipas te njejtit burim forcat serbe kane hapur, te merkuren,
me eskavator dy varre te perbashketa dhe kane groposur kufomat e
mbledhura neper rruget e qytetit te Rahovecit, afro nje ore para
ardhjes ne qytet te gazetareve dhe diplomateve te huaj.
Sipas KMLDNJ forcat serbe kane vrare mbi 50 shqiptare,
nderkohe qe nuk jane identifikuar ende shume te vrare e te
masakruar, qe kane mbetur neper rruge, shtepi, bodrume dhe fusha.
Burime te LDK-se (Lidhjes Demokratike te Kosoves) ne Rahovec
besojne se jane qindra civile te vrare, te masakruar, te djegur
dhe te plagosur.
Shtypi i Kosoves dhe burime te tjera masakren e kryer nga
forcat serbe ne Rahoveci e krahasojne me Srebrenicen.

[03] NO MESSAGE FOR KOSOVA AND ALBANIANS BY NEWLY APPOINTED PRESIDENT OF RUMP YUGOSLAVIA

PRISHTINA, JULY 24 (ATA) – By B. Jashari: In a message to the “citizens of Yugoslavia” from the parliament of Serbia-Montenegro Federation which declared him president on Wednesday, Slobodan Milosevic did neither address to Kosova and Albanians nor mention them in his speech.

This is considered in Prishtina as a lack of readiness by the official Belgrade to face a solution to the Kosova issue, which tries to see as “in-existent” and “solved within Serbia”.

The Albanian opinion in Kosova was indifferent to the election of Milosevic in the post of the president of the rump Yugoslavia because it is a foreign event for Kosova and Albanians which have declared independence. The regime of Milosevic in Kosova is coloniser and occupier which is present here only through violence and terror. It is in Kosova where the newly-appointed president initiated his bloody career for power.

Milosevic inaugurated his candidature for president of the rump Yugoslavia in Kosova with an “armoured flight” on June 25 this year.

“We will not yield before any pressure to give an inch of Kosova,” said Milosevic in his old threatening message to the crowd.

On 1987, Serbian nationalist militants had created a “core” to prevent Kosova’s “Albanisation”. Since the Serbs arrival in Kosova at XIII century like occupier, they had never represented the majority in the province. This led to the lifting of Kosova’s autonomy by Belgrade. Two million Albanians in Kosova, over 90 percent of the population, have opposed Belgrade’s authority and have peacefully created a parallel government with the imposed Serbian administration.

Kosova, in the East of Albania, like Cameria in the South and Manastiri in Southeast, were separated by the Albanian territories on the decision of the Conference of Ambassadors in London on May 13, 1913. Even Tivar and Ulqin in the West, in the Adriatic coast, were also separated from Albanian territories to join Montenegro. pta/pas/k

PRISHTINË, 23 Korrik 2016-Gazeta DIELLI-Behlul JASHARI/ Kam raportuar se, “organet e pushtetit okupues serb në Prizren, më 22 korrik 1998, në varrezat e këtij qyteti hapën dy gropa të mëdha dhe groposën shumë shqiptarë të vrarë gjatë ofensivës në Rahovec”, dhe në 22 korrik 1998 raportoja që në titull: Shqiptarët e vrarë janë varrosur në dy varreza masive. Në Rahovec nuk ishin identifikuar ende shumë të vrarë e të masakruar, që kanë mbetur nëpër rrugë, shtëpi, bodrume dhe fusha.

Raportoja për luftime kundër forcave kriminale okupatore serbe përgjatë brezit kufitar me Shqipërinë, në Dukagjin, Drenicë, Rrafshin e Kosovës…Këto janë dy nga lajmet e luftës, të para 18 viteve – të 23 korrikut 1998:

[05] Albanians killed in Rahovec burried in massive graves

PRISHTINE, July 23 – ATA correspondent Behlul Jashari reported that the Albanians killed recently by the Serb forces in Rahovec city were buried on Tuesday in two common graves, Prishtina press said on Thursday referring to eyewitnesses.

“Serb forces have dug up graves with excavators and buried the bodies collected in the roads of Rahovec almost an hour before the arrival of foreign journalists and diplomats in the city,” the same source said.

The Council for the protection of Human Rights and Liberties in Kosova said that Serb forces have killed over 50 Albanians but scores of killed and massacred people in roads, houses, underground and fields had not been identified yet.

Sources of the Democratic League of Kosova (LDK) in Rahovec believe that there are hundreds of civilians killed, massacred, burnt or injured.

[12] Continuous fighting and displacement of population in Kosova

PRISHTINE, July 23 /ATA correspondent Behlul Jashari reports:

Fighting in Kosova continued also over the last 24 hours along the border belt with Albania, in Dukagjin, Drenice and Rrafshi i Kosoves.

Displacement of the population in large proportions is taking place not only in many villages attacked and bombarded by the Serb forces but also in the cities.

Besides Decan, Rahovec, too, has been destroyed and emptied, while the population are being largely displaced from Peja, Skenderaj and other cities, also including the Kosova capital, Prishtine.

Today’s reports say that Serb forces’ attacks continue also in the villages of Pecan, Zllaushan and Reshtan of the Suhareke commune, the village of Gremnik of Kline and several other regions of Drenica, as well as in the village of Nerodime e Eperme of Ferizaj suburb.

In Peja the Serb police are maltreating many Albanian families, thus, because of blockades and raids by the Serbian forces the city of Gjakova is likely to remain without food. /das/lm/

PRISHTINE, July 22 – ATA correspondent Behlul Jashari reported that the Council for the Human Rights and Liberties in Kosova (KLMDNJ) called on the international factor to intervene and stop further escalation of Serb massacres in Rahovec and other regions in Kosova.

[07] Over 120 civilians killed in Rahovec, press

PRISHTINE, July 22 – ATA correspondent Behlul Jashari reported that over 120 civilians have been killed in Rahovec and the number of victims would have been higher “but the KLA have managed to evacuate and save a great number of inhabitants,” the daily Koha Ditore said on Wednesday.

Referring to the sources on the ground, the paper quotes the commander of the KLA as saying that “Rahovec has not been defeated” and “liberation forces control 65 percent of the territory, including the suburbs.”

“Bosnia is being repeated in Kosova” and “Rahovec is turned into another Srebrenica” these are the main titles in today’s daily “Bujku” of Prishtina.

“Many Albanians were massacred, killed and burnt in Rahovec and suburbs. Children, women and men are being massacred everywhere they face Serb military-police or paramilitary and armed civilians,” the daily said. pta/das/ak/

PRIZREN, 17 Korrik 2016-B.Jashari/Festivali Ndërkombëtar i Filmit të Shkurtër dhe Dokumentar DokuFest ka shpallur programin e edicionit të 15-të, jubilar, i cili do të mbahet nga 5 deri në 13 gusht në qytetin e Prizrenit në Kosovë. Të zgjedhur nga një numër rekord i aplikimeve, festivali do të prezantojë 238 filma nga 57 shtete në 6 programe garuese dhe në disa speciale.

DokuFest e nisi udhën e tij në vitin 2002, me shfaqjen e një numri të madh filmash dhe me pjesëmarrjen e një publiku të gjerë, artistësh nga rajoni dhe bota, duke e shndërruar qytetin historik të Prizrenit, më të madhin jugor të Kosovës pranë kufirit me Shqipërinë, edhe në një kryeqytet filmi çdo verë.

– Ministri Hoxhaj në konferencën “Evropa pas BREXIT dhe proceset e integrimit evropian në Kosovë dhe rajon”/

PRISHTINË, 16 Korrik 2016-Gazeta DIELLI/Ministria e Punëve të Jashtme e Kosovës, ka organizuar sot konferencën “Evropa pas BREXIT dhe proceset e integrimit evropian në Kosovë dhe rajon” ku kanë marrë pjesë ministri i Jashtëm, Enver Hoxhaj, eksperti amerikan, Daniel Serwer, ai francez, Sebastian Gricourt, dhe ambasadorë e diplomatë të Kosovës.

Në hapje të konferencës, Hoxhaj ka thënë se pavarësisht vendimit të britanikëve në referendum, Kosova ka dhe do të zhvilloj edhe më tej partneritet të afërt me Britaninë e Madhe dhe do të fokusohet në një bashkëpunim më të madh për NATO dhe organizata të tjera ndërkombëtare.

“Sot po jetojmë në një botë të ndërvarur. Në politikën e jashtme, cdo ditë është ditë e re sa i përket zhvillimeve. Britania e Madhe ka qenë dhe mbetet një partner global për Kosovën. Ka qenë një përkrahëse e madhe për vite e veçmas brenda BE-së por do të vazhdojmë të zhvillojmë edhe më tej bashkëpunim të ngushtë sidomos për NATO dhe organizata të tjera ndërkombëtare” ka thënë Hoxhaj.

Nga ana e tij, eksperti amerikan, Daniel Serwer ka thënë se BREXIT padyshim ka prodhuar zhvillime të reja në politikën ndërkombëtare, por kjo mund të shihet edhe si një mundësi më e madhe për Rusinë që të ndërhyjë edhe më shumë në Ballkanin Perëndimor. Ai ka këshilluar Kosovën që pas BREXIT-it të plotsojë sovranitetin e saj dhe të krijoj kapacitetet për t’a mbrojtur këtë sovranitet.

Në këtë konferencë ka folur edhe eksperti francez për Ballkanin Perëndimor, Sebastian Gricourt, sipas të cilit zhvillimet e muajve të fundit në BE nuk janë të reja dhe të papritura. BREXIT sipas tij, do të mund të ndikojë në zgjerimin e ardhshëm të Bashkimit Evropian.

Për temën kanë folur edhe ambasadorët Ylber Hysa, Mimoza Ahmetaj dhe diplomatë të Kosovës.

Qëllimi i konferencës është që MPJ të diskutoj dhe analizoj sjelljen e ardhshme të Kosovës pas këtyre zhvillimeve dhe të dal me një dokument për nevoja të brendshme./b.j/
