The Albanian Youth Center (AYC) brought a vibrant splash of culture to the Stamford Multicultural Festival on Sunday, June 2nd. Students from the AYC captivated the audience with a traditional Albanian dance performance, showcasing their heritage and artistic talents.
Clad in beautiful, colorful costumes, the AYC students brought the rich traditions of Albania to life under the guidance of renowned choreographer Angjelina Nika. Their performance was a highlight of the festival, receiving enthusiastic applause from the crowd.
“We are incredibly proud of our students for their dedication and talent,” said Jacqueline Kapaj-Vieira, Program Director at the Albanian Youth Center. “Events like the Stamford Multicultural Festival provide a wonderful platform for them to share their culture with the broader community and celebrate the beauty of diversity.”
