Hapet ne Vuthaj Muzeu Etnografik Vuthaj, Guci

Në Vuthaj hapet Muzeu Etnografik në të cilin përfshihen eksponate  të vjetra tradicionale karakteristike e fshatit Vuthaj dhe e trevës tonë Plavë Gucisë.

Dëshira e madhe për të ruajtur  nga zhdukja e vlerave të mirëfillta autoktone bëri të veten  që bashkëvendësin ynë  Ramok Çelaj të  hap Muzeu Etnografik për her të par në Vuthaj në një nga anekset e kullës qindravjeçare të kësaj familje.

Është kjo  një hapësirë  i posaçëm ku do të ruhen dhe ekspozohen për vizitoret ky thesar i çmuar dhe me vlerë i vendlindjes tonë .

Dashuria e madhe e Ramok Çelajt bëri të veten që kjo pasuri  kombëtare, tani e tutje mos të mbes në mëshirën e fatit por të jetë e ruajtur dhe e mirëmbajtur nga një adhurues i flaket i etnografisë  siç është fisniku vuthjan Ramok Çela.

Ramok e përgëzojmë për këtë nisme, ndërkaq ju të dashur vizitor dhe adhurues të etnografisë ju sugjerojmë qe sa her qe jeni ne Vuthaj, jeni te mirëseardhur në Muzeu Etnografik.

Lodrat prej vërteti

Lërini armët…, ka lodra më të bukura se ato. Këtyre lodrave prej vërteti u ka ikur koha. Ka komunikim. Kush nuk e bën dot është i paaftë. Kush nuk e përdor dot, nuk e vë në punë. I mungon aftësia bazë, ajo e njeriut me njeriun. Besimi me ndjesi njeriu. Dhe i është rritur nepsi i kafshës me kafshën.

Shteti funksionon me ligje. Armët e një shteti janë ligjet. Jo më bëj këtë favor se ta zbraza. Ta mbusha barkun me plumba.
Lërini armët se ata poshtë i marrin kaq seriozisht sa rrezik janë armatosur tashmë. Dhe nën petkun e qelbësirës, komunistit, hakmarrjes, gjakut, favorit të munguar. Heqjes apo vënies në punë. Shitjes së vajzës, nuses. Apo kësaj e asaj historie vrasjeje. Po planifikojnë. Po bëjnë planet.
Ndërsa eremitëve iu duket se pranvera po shkëlqen në varrezë.
1)Që jemi popull pa memorie, kjo është lehtësisht e vërtetueshme.
Që shitemi për armë, kjo është lehtësisht e verifikueshme. Që na pëlqejnë lodrat e kalibrave me silenciator, shutgunn, 12.7…, kallashin e kemi perëndi tani. Që na pëlqen c4-tra, telekomanda etj., nuk asnjë diskutim. Që shitëm armë, që ndamë armë, që morëm armët në 1997-të kjo bërtet. Këtë e dimë mirë të gjithë. Ndaj nxitojmë t’ia hedhim fajin njëri-tjetrit. Por e vërteta është sa një mal. Dhe faji i përbashkët. Dhe, si ai që bërtet … dhe si ai që akuzon sot, janë njësoj.
Po, ne i morëm armët.
Megjithatë gjykuam se vitet dymijë do ishin një epokë e re. Në heshtje një ndjenjë faji e pranuar. Një afrim me botën perëndimore. E cila rrokapjekjet, shëmbjet, ngritjet, luftën civile e kishte provuar përpara nesh. Dhe më hidhur se ne. Por me sa duket. Kjo nuk është udha e vënies mënd. E përsosjes së vetvetes. Ne duhet domosdoshmërisht të kalojmë nëpër këtë kalvar.
2)1997 kalvari shqiptar. Që sot interpretohet e stërinterpretohet me mendësi palësh. Jo me faktin real. A shkoni në varreza njerëz.
Ose kur të shkoni, mos shkoni vetëm për njerëzit tuaj. Hidhini një sy asaj shoqërie që i mungon mbrëmjeve, kafeneve apo birrarive tuaja. Hidhini një sy asaj shoqërie trotuaresh, teatrosh apo zyrave të pushtetit. Të atij pushteti të vogël, lokal. Se nga pushteti i madh nuk do shikoni gjësendi aty.
Unë rrjedh nga një vend, trualli i të cilit u bë shesh plumbash e gjaku. Më 97 më la edhe im atë. E përcollëm në krah. Dhe gjysmë fshehurazi. Fshehurazi më solli dhe një mik ca kafe. Gjëndje e jashtëzakonshme. Ku edhe qytetari më thjesht i bënte policit rreshtore. I bënte çfarë të donte. Mbrëmjet mbylleshin në mesditë. Në kryqëzime përmbyseshin mjete, shpoheshin gjokse. Varreza mbushej me lapidare mermeri. Me kangjella të përsosura.
Aq sa një garë e marrë na kishte bindur për një dashuri ekstazë nda vdekjes.
3)Në gjithë këtë humbje, veç protoganistët zjejnë akoma. Duke filluar nga Berisha vet. Deri tek ish Berishët. Ata që sot janë opozitarët më të mëdhenj të Berishës. Dhe kjo është paradoksija më madhe e Shqipërisë. Dhe kjo është verbëria e saj. Që i jep pushtet njërit apo tjetrit me devizën e plakur të atij vendi otoman. Se për inat të sime vjerre, po shkoj me mulllixhinë.
Sot gjithë rrjetet gëlojnë. Gëlojnë prej ishBerishëve. Unë po marr vetëm një rast. Ai që i thonë avokat Ngjela. Në 97-tën ishte me Berishën. Shumë i ashpër, shumë pro forcës, shumë pro grushtit shtypës etj. Këtë e bëri edhe me 21 janar të 2011. Kësaj radhe me Ramën.
Kemi pasur njëri-tjetrin afër. E kam parë të hypte në makina të fortish etj. Megjithatë të fortët janë në varrezë, kurse pushtetarët akoma bërtasin.
E mora Ngjelën si shembull se, ta dini…., keni me dhjetra, me qidra që po bërtasin. Me qindra bafshkëfajtorë. Që sot janë opozitarë pushtetarë. Po i gërmushen Berishës. Dhe ne të lumtur që po qeverisim. Për inat të sime vjerre.
4)Eshtë koha e një politike të re. Dhe po çirremi duke e thënë. Një sërë e tërë. Pasi shohim se sa natyrshëm dhe sa pa tifozllëk ndodhin transformimet në një shoqëri të madhe. Në një demokraci të konsoliduar për shkak të rotacionit, mungesës së protoganizmit, tifozllëkut partiak. Të Njëshit absurd. Se sa natyrshëm i jepet mundësia gjithsecilit të tregojë një planprojekt zhvillimi shoqëror. Se sa natyrshëm largohet, hap krahun. Dhe se…, se sa fije të brishta bari janë përballë ligjit dhe shtetit.
Eshtë koha për lodrat e jetës, jo të vdekjes.

Numri i viktimave nga tërmeti i fuqishëm në Ekuador u rrit sot në 233 viktima, ndërkohë që vazhdojnë operacionet e shpëtimit.Shifrat më të fundit të qarkulluara nga zyra e Presidentit Rafael Correa reflektojnë një numër tre herë më të madh të viktimave të raportuara fillimisht.Qindra njerëz të tjerë janë plagosur nga tërmeti prej 7.8 ballësh që goditi pranë bregdetit.Raportimet fillestare treguan dëme të rënda në qytetin bregdetar Manta. Ekipet e shpëtimit arrinin me vështirësi në portet e peshkimit dhe plazhet turistike. Sipas Presidentit Correa, qyteti bregdetar Pedernales me 40 mijë banorë është shkatërruar plotësisht. Zëvendës Presidenti Jorge Glas është nisur drejt kësaj zone të goditur më rëndë.

DISCUSSION ON THE RECEPTION IN THE RECOGNITION OF THE ALBANIANS SAVING THE JEWISH POPULATION DURING WWII

By Sali BOLLATI/First and foremost I want to salute Assemblyman Mark Gjonaj and NYS Attorney General Eric Schneiderman together with the Staff of the Museum of the Jewish Heritage; as Initiators of this very important and meaningful event in the Recognation  the role of the Albanians in saving the Jewish Population from the Nazi regime during the WWII

Want to salute the presence of H.E Prime Minister E.Rama, and all those present and want to welcome in discussing this Issue of the Human Right.

My name is Sali Bollati, born in the Albanian Region of Chameria.

The Albanian Region of Chameria comprises the Southern part of the Albanian ethnic territories, inhabited by Albanians since the ancient times (Pellasgo-Illyrian times), until today. Even the ancient historians Strabony and Plutarch, wrote that the inhabitants of Epir -Chameria spoke a “barbarian” language, because their mother tongue wasn’t Greek. The Cham Dialect is one of the oldest of the Albanian language

Due to the High Level of Protesting and the Determination of this Region to Initiate a Military Resistance; the International Congress of Berlin at 1879 revoked its earlier Decision to give this region to Greece. Dispute this, under the Florence Protocol following the unjust decision of London  Conference in 913 the Chameria Region was annexed to Greece

Starting 1913 until the year 1945 the Greek authorities used persecution, confiscation of the properties, forced population movement, mass killing and denial of schools and teaching in the Albanian language. Due to the continuous protests from this region and the support od the Albanian Government at the League of Nations in the period 1920-1030, the Greek government was forced to stop the replacement of Albanians with the Greeks expulsed from the Asia Minor in 1923-1924.

In 1944-1945, this Albanian-inhabited Region, became the theater of premeditated series of mass killing, rapes, tortures and expulsion by the
Regular and irregular Greek forces commanded by the general Zerva; so began a campaign of ethnic cleansing by initially attacking on the my town, Paramithia on 27 June,1944. The campaing lasted until March 1945 with massacres of Filati. Incomplete figures indicate that at least 5.000 innocent Albanians, in majority women, children and elder people were massacred, 745 women were raped, 88 villages were destroyed and 102 mosques and centers of worship were burned. In the end over 30.000 Albanian Chamis were forcefully expelled to Albania.
A document of the U.S. Department of State Nr. 84/3, Tirana Mission 1945-1946; reports that: “ According to all information I have been able to gather on the Cham Issue, in 1944 nd during the first months of 1945, the Greek authorities in north-western Greece perpetrated savage brutality by evicting 30.000 Chams, residents of Chameria, from their homes, where they have been living for centuries, chasing the across the border after having robed them of their land and properties. Most of the young people were killed because the majority of the refugees were old folk and children”.

Today, Chamis population is about 300.000; more than 200.000 live in Albania. A part of them, who were born in Greece, still have their houses an properties there.
Can anyone believe nowadays that exist a government ,like Greek “democratic” government that doesn’t permit Chamis at least to visit their lands, to put a bunch of flowers to the places where their grandparents, parents, brothers and sisters died; to watch an olive or orange tree they planted themselves?

Chameria is not a phantasm to obscure friendship between Albanians and Greeks; on the contrary, when nations relieve their souls from the old burdens-the Greek nation must feel ashamed for the tragedy that happened to Cham population-only in this manner those people would respect and love each other more. Politicians in Albania and Greece to be more comprehensive about the past, in manner to build friendly bridges with the spirit o understanding between Albanians in general, including Cham Albanians, with the Greek people.
Dear friends, I  want to apologize for my long discussion, but to say the truth, this  opportunity created today by honorable dear friends Mr. Mark Gjonaj and Mr Eric Schneiderman together with the Staff of the Museum of the Jewish Heritage; to meet and discuss together as real friends, gives me Hope that one day in this path we can discuss and help to resolve the Cham Albanian Issue.
We as AAO Chameria, last years  prepared a short  color film “ The Chamerias Dream” in English language, that is liked and  highly estimated. If the staff of the Museum of Jewish Heritage, please have the kindness to reveal this film here, will be a greatest gratitude for the Massacred Chamis people, the same as our Jewish brothers
