20 years later, family pledges to fight “Until Justice is Served”/
July 8, 2019- Twenty years ago today, the Serbian government murdered three American citizens and dumped them on top of a mass grave. Their brothers Fatose & Ilir Bytyqi issued the following statement to accompany the release of a short film about the case:
“It shattered our family. There will always be scars. There will always be pain. Losing one family member is tragic. But losing three, it’s devastating. If we could talk to our brothers right now, we would tell them that we love them, we miss them, and that they are in our prayers every night and day.
We also want to make sure that the perpetrators who committed these crimes will not go free. We’re going anywhere. We’re here to stay — We’re here to stay and seek justice until justice is served.”
Please watch and share “Until Justice is Served: A Promise for the Bytyqi Brothers“, a short film released today, about the Bytyqi family’s struggle and resolve.
