The Fan Noli Library and Cultural Center extends its sincere gratitude to everyone who joined us for our Albanian Cultural Day honoring the celebrated author, Naum Prifti.
A very special thank you goes to the young talents, Vangjush and Kimberly Dinka whose beautiful readings from “Pika e Ujit” (Water Droplet) impressed the audience. Bianca Jantilli’s interpretation of the passage from the story of Skanderbeg’s Last Wish filled the room with emotions and pride.
The tribute was designed as a conversation with the audience, including readings, a short video recording of Naum Prifti, brief readings of some of his stories.
Our appreciation goes to Director of Albania’s National Library Majlinda Toci, Biblioteka Kombëtare e Shqipërisë for her remarks via video presentation.
Thank you to Ariana Cani, Miranda Bego, Silvi Karoli Dinka and Supreme Roast Beef for satisfying the nourishment needs of everyone. And to Artan Malaj and @ Subi Cako for these very special photos.
