All those who know what prison is and so much more those who have left part of their lives in prisons will be surprised at the title of this writing. But, precisely, thanks to my stance through long and wild prisons, I managed to get myself to understand life in its complexity. Thanks to my long prisons, I came to realize that life, whole life, consists of countless, small and large paradoxes. And, moreover, not only did I get to understand life’s biggest and harsher paradoxes, but I managed to agree and accept these paradoxes as something perfectly normal and even necessary preserved the essence of life itself.Guess what would happen to our lives, or what would remain of our lives if we, according to our limited knowledge, eliminate all those things and phenomena we don’t like in our lives?!If we eliminate darkness we have eliminated ourselves and light; if we eliminate evil we have eliminated itself and the good; if we eliminated non-union ourselves we have eliminated freedom, if we eliminate death ourselves we have also eliminated life! Therefore, whoever understands that paradoxes are an integral and inseparable part of life understands that they never make them touch. He who agrees with paradoxes makes it easier even to love paradoxes as he wants life itself. It seems like, a little bit we left our theme, but no, we are right at the heart of our theme. Prisons, for limited minds, are symbols of jolirity, joja, suffering, despair and mischief.I in my prisons found my true freedom, found the meaning of my life, found my pleasure, found my happiness and found all the wealth in the world! On the first night of prison, on November 19, 1958, I was in the biggest dilemma of my life, I was over the most dramatic hejza in my life. Saving my body by sacrificing my soul, or saving my soul by sacrificing my body. Standing here freedom guarding my temporary body, or sacrificing my temporary body to take the side of freedom and eternal spirit? The dilemma was: ′′ save ′′ myself for myself and lose others, or sacrifice for others and win them all?To ′′ escape ′′ was very ′′ easy “. To admit before the inspector that I had been wrong; to swear that I would never act against the state again and as proof of this, to become a Serbian security associate.′′ If you do so,” Inspector Momçilo Çanovic told me, ′′ then you will have as much money as you want, you will become a famous literary, you will reach very high, and since morning we release you from prison .”.”Thanks to the halal gin and true breeding of mother Nazife, I had enough power to play my head in the sign of denial.′′ You will not?! Rejects our kindness?” Uleriu Çanovici. ′′ You’ll see who are we!”′′ You too will see who I am “, I thought only without daring to tell Çanovic. But, that silent thought of mine had been my biggest and most blessed decision in my life. I had taken the exam before myself. The rest came to itself.Porsa drained me inside and locked the door with a latch, the number eight key to Prishtina prison, from a narrow dark and cold turn, sakaq turned into an infinite space between which stood a large giant candle which, on its top burning flames. That candle was me and the first thing I remembered was Naim’s ′′ Candle WORDS ′′: ′′ In between you I have stayed and am scorching, so that I may give you some light, and make your night a day… so that you can feel good and see, know each other…”The more the candle burned, instead of shrinking, it grew and became bigger and its light pushed further the darkness! The bigger the candle became, the farther his voice ringed. The determination to sacrifice for others is the most dramatic break from e g o j a and the first step in the unknown, but always fresh, always attractive, fascinating prore of freedom. All the first prison, November 19, 1958-November 18, passed me experiencing myself as a candle. In the second prison, June 8, 1964-June 8, many other candles appeared in the infinite field of freedom. They not only burned flames, not only recited, but they also sang Ded ë Gjo ‘ Luli’s song. All the second prison passed us singing Dedë Gjo ‘ Luli’s song.During my third prison, October 6, 1975-April 21, many weddings took place in Dardania; many brides were taken and many crush fell in Dardania. This time, the song was sung: ′′ Republic, constitution, here’s to war!”After that, candles started to organize, candles started marching, candles started acting until they cut the loop from the neck of the Dardans.Prisons are the places where immortal candles are born. Where living candles burn, immortal freedom is born there.
